1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", the "User" or "Learner") and tuantdatalab ("we", "us", or "our"), a Singapore-based independent financial education platform.

By accessing our website, clicking "Register" on any landing page, joining our WhatsApp community, downloading our guides, or attending our live stock investing masterclass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and all other applicable tuantdatalab policies referenced on this website.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content published, presented, distributed or discussed by tuantdatalab — including but not limited to live masterclasses, pre-recorded video workshops, written guides, PDFs, industry observation templates, case studies, charts, WhatsApp group messages, and website copy — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

• NOT investment or financial advice. Nothing on our Service is intended as a recommendation, opinion, or guidance that any particular stock, ETF, bond, fund, index, portfolio allocation or trading strategy is suitable for you as an individual.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of our website, live webinar platform, or WhatsApp community.
• We do not guarantee that all live sessions will be recorded or that recordings will remain available after the live broadcast date (unless explicitly communicated in writing).

Your performance as an investor depends on many factors outside our control — including market conditions, your personal discipline, transaction costs, taxes, and the timeliness of your own decisions. You are 100% responsible for your own investment outcomes.

4. Risk Disclosure

Investing in the public stock market and related financial instruments involves inherent, material risks that every learner must understand before making any personal investment decision. These include:

• Potential loss of principal: The value of stocks, ETFs, indices, mutual funds and other listed securities can fall as well as rise. You may lose some or all of the capital you invest, including in broadly diversified portfolios.

5. User Conduct

As a registrant for our masterclass and a member of our educational community, you agree to use the Service responsibly, lawfully and respectfully. Specifically, you will not:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame other learners, our instructor, or any member of the tuantdatalab team.
• Share or publish any content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• Infringe upon copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights belonging to tuantdatalab or any third party — including by reproducing, redistributing, screenshotting, uploading to file-sharing platforms, or selling tuantdatalab course materials, guides, slides, or recordings without written permission.
• Use our WhatsApp group or any tuantdatalab-branded community to promote pump-and-dump schemes, crypto scams, paid signal services, MLM / pyramid offers, outside paid courses, or any commercial offer unrelated to the tuantdatalab education program.
• Attempt to solicit or privately contact other group members with investment offers, brokerage referrals, or business opportunities without the explicit prior written consent of tuantdatalab.
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or fake accounts to register, scrape data from our website, or spam our community.
• Attempt to bypass login, access restricted areas of our systems, or disrupt the availability of the Service for other users.

We reserve the right to remove any user from our WhatsApp group, revoke access to future masterclasses, or block registration at our sole discretion — without notice and without any refund — for violations of these conduct rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the tuantdatalab Service are and shall remain the exclusive property of tuantdatalab and its licensors. This includes, without limitation:

• The tuantdatalab brand name, logo, taglines and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress.
• All masterclass content — including slide decks, presentation scripts, live commentary, pre-recorded video, educational frameworks, and case studies.
• All written guides, PDF reports, industry observation templates, spreadsheet tools, infographics and visualizations.
• Website copy, marketing copy, landing page text, email sequences, WhatsApp group moderation guidelines and other supporting documentation.
• Underlying software code, website design, CSS styling and user interface elements created for tuantdatalab.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the masterclass materials solely for your own individual learning purposes. Any other reproduction, sharing, publication, commercial exploitation or derivative work is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The tuantdatalab Service and all content within it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of information.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, virus-free, secure, or error-free.
• Warranties that the website or masterclass will meet your specific expectations or learning objectives.

While we strive to keep the information shared on our Service current and factually correct, market conditions change rapidly, and some educational examples or data points may become outdated over time. tuantdatalab does not warrant or guarantee that any content is error-free, up-to-date, or suitable for any specific use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall tuantdatalab, its directors, lead instructor, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of investment capital, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss or damage arising from investment decisions you make after participating in our educational program — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage caused by service outages, platform failures (WhatsApp, Zoom, webinar provider, email delivery), errors in third-party data, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall in no case exceed the total amount of fees (if any) actually paid by you to tuantdatalab in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages — in those jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Modifications

tuantdatalab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, or to amend these Terms of Service, at any time and at our sole discretion — with or without prior individual notice to you.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where reasonable, notify active registrants by email or WhatsApp announcement. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and, where applicable, request removal from our WhatsApp group and email list by contacting support@tuantdatalab.com.

10. Governing Law & Contact

10.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law or choice of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Singapore, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
